We specialize in repairs of turntables, cassette players, recorders, walkmans and amplifiers.

Amplifier repairs:
Due to the specificity and time-consuming repairs of amplifiers, we do not perform introductory ones
diagnostics of the device as with repairs of turntables, but in agreement with the customer we start immediately
troubleshooting within a pre-agreed maximum budget. Service complexity
is different depending on the type and condition of the device, but the final price of the repair usually does not reach the maximum
agreed budget.
Option No. 1 with a maximum repair budget of up to CZK 10,000 includes:
- complete inspection and measurement of the device
- replacement of damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory components
- cleaning contacts and switches, blowing dust
- usually fast implementation
Option No. 2 with a maximum repair budget of up to CZK 20,000 includes:
- complete inspection and measurement of the device
- replacement of damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory components with branded quality components of American, European or Japanese production
- complete cleaning of the device
- this variant is suitable for higher class amplifiers with emphasis on sound quality.
How does the order work?
You can bring the amplifier to our store at the reception at any time during opening hours. Upon receipt of the order
we consult with the customer on a suitable repair variant, we create an order form and subsequently
we inform the customer about the completion of the repair. The order must be picked up within a maximum of 10 days
from notification of its completion by email Then we charge a storage fee of 50.-CZK / day
How long does the service take?
The actual service usually takes 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the availability of components.
What are we repairing and what are we not?
We repair all transistor devices from the period 1970-1999.
If the order cannot be repaired, you will not pay anything.
We do not repair Tesla amplifiers.
We do not repair tube amplifiers.
Some devices cannot be repaired due to the unavailability of certain parts, integrated circuits, transistors, etc.
The provided warranty period for the work performed is 2 years.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders for potentially problematic or very difficult to repair devices,
eg very heavily soiled, poorly constructed, damaged by unprofessional interventions, etc.
Repairs of cassette players, recorders and walkmans:
We will perform diagnostics on your device for a flat rate of CZK 390 and
based on it, we compile the final calculation and scope of work.
Due to the time-consuming nature of these repairs, the availability and prices of spare parts, we recommend it
customers only repair devices of higher classes. For lower quality devices, the cost of repair can be easy
exceed the value of the device.

we inform the customer about the completion of the repair. The order must be picked up within a maximum of 10 days

What are we repairing and what are we not?
We repair all devices from the period 1970-1990.
If the order cannot be repaired or you do not agree, you will pay
only flat-rate diagnostics of the device CZK 390.
We do not repair VCRs and disc players.
Some devices cannot be repaired due to the unavailability of certain parts, integrated circuits, transistors, etc.
