Flattening Service

Submitting and Delivering Your Records

Orders can be handed over in person at our brick-and-mortar store:

1. Opatovická 156/24 110 00 Prague 1 Czech Republic
2. Alternatively, you may ship your records via PPL courier service, with delivery directly to the address above (we do not accept parcels sent to pick-up points).

Once the service is completed, we will return your records using the shipping method of your choice from our e-shop options.

Processing Time and Communication

Processing time may vary depending on current workload — please allow up to 4 weeks for completion.

We will keep you updated about the status of your order via e-mail.
