We carefully pack our shipments in special developed cartons, which are handmade for us by a sheltered workshop in North Bohemia.

We ship every working day

Free shipping for orders over 2.000.-CZK to Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Online payments - for eshop orders with GOPAY payment gateway for free. Choice of card, fast and manual bank transfer , Apay,Gpay, Bitcoin.
How do I pay by payment gateway?

How do I call the payment gateway again if a payment fails?

- click on "Order Details and Payment " in our order acceptance email.

- click on "Pay online" in your profile

For countries outside the EU, Visa and Mastercard , Gpay, Apay, Bitcoin can be used, ONLY !!, we do not support Paypal or international bank transfers out of EU.

How do I pay with a traditional manual bank transfer in the payment gateway ?

    For CZK currency:

    - click on "Bank Transfer" / "Other Bank" / "View payment details" / see images below.

    - you will then also receive the bank transfer details to the email specified in the order

    For EUR currency:

    - only valid for EU bank transfers !

    - for Euro accounts outside the Czech Republic, always select "SEPA" payment option in your banking system!

    - click on "Bank Transfer" / "Another Bank" / "View payment details" / see images below.

    - you will then also receive the bank transfer details to the email specified in your order.

Personal collection in our shop is free of charge. We only accept cash and QR codes in store. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS !!!

Cash on delivery is only possible when shipping by PPL!!! - for Czech Republic only.

For goods with availability "On Order" we always require payment in advance.
